      Pros

      Good work experience for starters in clinical R&D space. Lots of opportunity to move around. The company is expanding in multiple areas such as Patient Centric Services and Clinical Transformation. Thus, learning is spread across the value chain of life sciences industry and not just limited to pharma

      Cons

      Lots of outsourcing happening to emerging markets resulting in challenges in positioning. Also a random adhoc work culture where an employee is expected to turn things around in no time and expect a miracle. So not at all a congenial work place.

      work-life balance, straight forward - sales, great manager, transparent, you know what you are getting into, working on the Janssen contract is great, more than just a contract sales company - opportunities to move into other areas of pharma business

      Cons

      limited opportunities for advancement with Quintiles, Contract business is uncertain, never know how long it will last, field employees have very little contact with management of Quintiles
