      1. one of the largest Healthcare data providers .... now growing fast in analytics, forecasting and research.... lots of opportunities to venture into 2. Global touch... you work for the world! 3. Flexibility to choose what you want to do and choice to shift to other functions later 4. Cross functional interaction and diversity of people help creativity

      Cons

      1. Dont come here expecting a good pay! If you switch from some company, u will get the hike, but later its all sloowwww money! 2. Lacks a sense of belonging-ness .. so called "people" factor 3. You will laugh everytime you hear about "Bonus" "incentive" "hike" and their favourite term "market adjustment"

      Able to make decisions and get the job done. Good structure across the globe. Well rewarded for a job done well.

      Cons

      In order to progress up through the company you will need to locate, at least for a while to the US. Expenses system is cumbersome and convoluted.
