      Pros

      Health benefits are good. Vacation time is ample. I am having trouble specifying any other pros. I was not happy there at all.

      Pros

      Not too big - not too small. Good work-life balance. Support employee development, training and education. Encurrage moves between departments, when possitions are available... Friendly upper management

      Cons

      Number of open positions in Canada is very limited. Jobs are increasingly being outsourced to lower salaried countries, making cooperation a little more difficult because of the time differrence. Salaries are on the lower end!

      Pros

      Opportunity to explore other aspects and functional areas of the business. There is a good incentive to take up exercise through the HealthUHealthyQ incentive.

      Cons

      Low pay despite the massive workload given for the job title. Not much listening to employees, more reactive to changes when client complain instead of pro-active prevention and improvement initiatives as as recommended by employees on the ground.
