Pros
Met some great people, very well educated and solid experience. Many hard working individuals. Plaza a nice building to work in.
Cons
No real career ladder or interest in growing you professionally or grooming you for senior leadership positions. Merit raise last several years <2%. No transparency or good communication plan internally. High volume of contractors, no performance plan for them. They may be here one day then laid off the next and no one lets you know.
