      Pros

      They are large and they are flexible when you can get to the office.

      Cons

      Sweat shop. They have no respect for your personal life. If you take time off then plan on working around the clock to make up got it. They treat you like dirt. Pretty much want you to work a minimum of 10 hour days. Many managers are puppets or just should not be managers in first place.

      Former SDI environment was stimulating, had flexibility/opportunity to build skills Many skilled colleagues Exposure to broad client base

      Cons

      Bureaucratic approaches, but somewhat expected as larger company Project meetings with 20 attendees but only needed 3 key people Outsourcing killed morale - teams were reduced then had to rework offshore results
