      Big company Decent benefits Easy to get a job

      Cons

      Doing other people's jobs in addition to mine because of the lack of people. Many benefits and perks have been reduced since going public. Upper management has lost touch with employees.

      The salary and benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      Old school sytle management. Not innovative or creative, just doing the same old things and trying to make them look different. Competition so much farther ahead than company.

      A lot of data with less technology

      Relatively flexi hours, casual dress code, less work pressure, opportunity to learn different tools, good cafeteria.

      Cons

      Growth depends on the business unit you are in. Company has abundance of data but lacks in thinking like a technological company in Bangalore. No voice for middle management. Average hike, haven't seen HR for last six months, too many directors, rare onsite.
