      A mixed bag

      Pros

      1. The west coast Seattle office has a great culture (stemming from its Appature days), people are great, very laid back job. Drastically different than the sterile environments of the east coast. 2. Decent benefits 3. Great work / life balance

      Cons

      1. Lacks a committed vision due to shifting in strategies 2. Mediocre benefits relative to the rest of the region 3. May not seem intellectually stimulating at times

      Pros

      IMS offers their clients valuable products and service. They also provide employees solid compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      IMS' growth is dependent from organizational acquisitions. This can limit career advancement opportunities. During my eight plus years there, I felt like a number. The corporate culture is bland at best.

      good environment, employee friendly, leader on the market

      Cons

      don´t like to promote old employees, rather employs new ones from other CROs and give them immediately higher position (then the old employee is working for it much longer)
