Pros

Working at IREX in Belgrade was an incredible experience. I had the opportunity to collaborate with a passionate, international team focused on innovation and media development. The environment encouraged creativity, initiative, and continuous learning, and I was able to contribute meaningfully to projects that had real impact. I particularly valued the strong team culture, the chance to work across diverse projects, and the support for professional growth and development. It was a place where I felt challenged, inspired, and truly part of something meaningful.

Cons

Projects could be fast-paced and demanding, requiring strong time management skills. Working across multiple teams and international offices sometimes meant navigating different processes and communication styles. Limited resources at times required creative problem-solving and flexibility.

Pros

The job itself is easy and not a lot of pressure or hours.

Cons

The experience highly varies from team to team, and from people to people. A lot of the leadership and senior staff have been in position for way too long and their communication skills and business skills are not enough to drive the organization forward.
