Pros

Good people at many levels of the organization. Becoming more mission driven and strategic. Some opportunities for growth for the right kind of person (new business minded, extrovert).

Cons

Lots of new people in the upper levels leads to some changes in organizational culture, mission, and atmosphere that hits different people in different ways. Still needs to improve on transparency. Disconnect between the senior management and the staff on the mission of the organization, which doesn't seem surmountable. Pay is slightly below average. Management entirely depends on supervisor.

Great CEO, other senior staff not so much

Pros

Some room for growth. IREX is growing rapidly, which is making more room for junior staff to explore different options. There's a friendly atmosphere, and employees are fun and active.

Cons

- Mid-level staff overworked and under-appreciated - Senior management micro-manages too much - There's no standard procedures, processes are inherited, and each team has their own way of doing things... big learning curve for new staff - HR staff unresponsive and uncaring

Pros

The program was good and want to implement it, goals define my work and I like that instead of daily management

Cons

Internal policy sucks and you work alone, those working with me were disengaged and havenet done what they ought to and the organization is not severe.
