One of the priorities of IREX is to retain talent to advance the mission of the organization. Creating a positive and supportive work environment is our priority, and we continuously strive to ensure our employees feel supported. Our goal is to attract and retain talent to advance the mission of IREX. As such, we conducted a comprehensive compensation survey in January 2023 using recent market data of peer organizations in Jordan, from which a competitive pay scale was formulated. We are a donor-funded development organization, and our donors expect us to be judicious in the use of funds provided for project implementation.
