At IRIS i found a great working environment, with flexible schedule, great teams and managers who can support and guide you. Regular awards to celebrate employees and teams commitment, good results are always rewarded.

Cons

There are still few things to be implemented in Romania, but we have the management team that supports us in this direction and this is the most important.
