Great CEO and leadership team. Very employee focused with great HR practices. Focused on well being, giving back, being green. Great career paths and lots and lots of opportunity to progress. Continues to be highly financially successful. A warm and fun place.

Cons

You need to be smart to work here as this really is an organisation that continues to progress at pace. In other words this is a highly ambitious organisation and highly ambitious people do well here. Fast pace of work which is exciting and stretching in equal measure.
