We’re delighted to hear you recognise our fantastic total reward package, and specifically for our excellent salespeople, our comprehensive commission scheme, and luxurious trips. Our competitive commission plans support employees through monthly payments, set monthly and quarterly quotas, and enables our salespeople the chance to earn up to 200% of commission when they achieve their target. We’re also delighted to operate a range of other incentives throughout the year to reward consistency of achievement, such as running a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter with one of the prizes being the chance to win a Mini, as well as inviting our Elite Club on luxury trips to places like Las Vegas. We’re delighted that our sales induction for inside sales is delivered by the training manager, our Inside Sales trainer and members of our Product Specialist and Market Specialist teams. It covers an end-to-end sales process, with each stage having individual training modules such as Effective Introductions, Questioning and Listening, NLP and Closing techniques. Each team has a tailored product training programme designed with their manager and delivered by our Product Specialists. New starters are then given the chance to practice these skills and techniques in a week of mock calls to give them the chance to gain feedback and additional training/coaching if required. In total the induction spans 4 weeks and gives new starters of all levels of experience the tools and skills needed to be successful. We’re passionate about paying our employees fairly and competitively to reward their dedication and hard work. We’re proud to run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which includes external benchmarking data, to make sure we’re paying the market rate. We also offer pay scales in select departments to enable employees to grow their salaries as they develop their skills and operate a range of generous bonus and commission schemes to recognise and reward hard work. In customer service, the analysts have the opportunity to increase their salary twice a year by achieving milestones relating to knowledge in the products and achievement of objectives (CSAT and Quality). In addition, we operate a quarterly commission scheme, where analysts can earn commission by achieving quality targets.
