We have a wide range of ways we collect and listen to the great feedback and suggestions our employees provide, including monthly surveys with a tool that enables managers to review and respond to anonymous feedback directly so changes can be made quickly to help us be the best we can be, alongside regular team updates, our dedicated feedback inbox (shown below), and monthly site updates for employees to ask questions and share their ideas. We know it’s our people that make us great, and we make innovative changes based on employee feedback on a regular basis – such as the new financial coaching, savings schemes and critical illness cover we have recently launched based on staff suggestions.
