Dangerously Out of Touch

Extremely stressful; UK and US leaders are out of touch and not in sync at all. Customers stay typically because our culture is not that of our largest US competitor, but having hired from that competitor, that is exactly what IRIS is becoming and the market knows it. No support from upper management for existing team leaders as they are solely focused on the next acquisition. Feels like some of the leadership in key roles have never been in their roles before; mistakes are going to get the company in trouble.

People are nice and it looks as though if you're in the right department you can be rewarded and treated well
