I recently had the chance to be part of the THRIVE Program at IRIS, and it truly felt refreshing and inspiring. It helped me grow as a leader and strengthened my confidence as a woman in leadership. I genuinely enjoyed every step of the four-month journey.

Cons

I would have loved for it to extend a few more months.

We also operate pay scales in select departments, which enable employees to grow their salaries as their skills develop, and these are reviewed annually in line with the cost of living. We’re also proud to invest in our people through dedicated leadership pathways, an extensive library of personal development courses, and fully funded apprenticeships and qualifications.
