company really cares about it's employees and is very active in encouraging us to look after ourselves. It feels like a small company mentality in a big company, and you feel that you are not just a number. Excellent and passionate leaders from the exec down

Cons

They have so many products and so many different sectors it can feel overwhelming to try to get to grips with it. Red tape slows alot of progress down, but gets there in the end.
