We’re proud to be a technology company that is comprised of 49% women who we empower everyday with dedicated wellbeing support, policies, and development initiatives. We’re also very proud to be continually recognised as one of UK’s Best Workplaces for Women and Wellbeing, thanks to the fantastic and anonymous feedback of our employees. Last year, we were delighted to further enhance our UK maternity pay to an exceptionally competitive offering with up to 32 weeks’ pay – 16 weeks at full pay and 16 weeks at half pay. We also offer a mentoring opportunity for mums, support people getting back into work, and run a range of support networks for parents in the workplace. We’re also proud to run a companywide annual salary review process which uses external benchmarking data to ensure consistency and fairness in assigning increases and that we’re paying the market rate. We work together with Heads of Function and Senior Management to assign consistent increases using best practises and standardised rules, and our managers receive extensive training on how salaries are decided. We also operate pay scales in select department which enables our employees to grow their salaries as their skills develop, which are reviewed in line with the cost of living each year. As well as being a Real Living Wage Employer, meaning we commit to pay a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK, we run a company-wide annual salary review process each autumn which includes external benchmarking data, to ensure we are paying competitively in the market. We also offer pay scales in select departments to automatically reward employees when they hit career milestones and pay out an annual bonus to all permanent employees. We’re also really proud to be a global HR team, expanding across the UK, Americas, India and Romania. We’re delighted to have had over 840 nominations in the last 12 months with 22 employees, managers and team being chosen as winners of a quarter. Besides our IMPACT awards, we also encourage all our IRISians to thank their colleagues on Thank you Thursdays to give them a global shout out on our Global Teams channel, valuing them for the support they show and impact they make. We’re very proud to be a Real Living Wage employer, this means we commit to paying a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. We’re passionate about paying our employees fairly and competitively to reward their dedication and hard work.
