Cons

Renumeration not tracking the market. Have to persevere quite hard to get budget approval.

Great place to work with lots of prospects

Always something new going on within a thriving business. Amazing Career prospects and training available. Great people, flexible with staff and for the most part allow Hybrid working.

Cons

Not a con for me but IRIS is really fast paced and sometimes priorities can change - if you do not thrive in this kind of environment then it is not the place for you - I love it!
