The pace can put some people off, I personally love it! It is a corporate company with procedure and policies that some may find restrictive but they are there for good reason!

This company is the only company I have ever worked for where I have felt like I have been here for years rather than just a couple of months. The communication is outstanding and the teams are just there for one another and everyone helps each other out. I had an instance a couple of weeks back where a family member was ill and taken to hospital, I was supported in every way by the company to be able to fetch them from hospital with no detriment to my salary and was asked if I required any further assistance to just reach out to the company. I work from home and I was sent all the equipment that I needed to do my job efficiently and it arrived well before my start date. I would highly recommend Iris as the company to work for.

I have yet to find anything that I don't find nice about this company

The staff are brilliant to work with. The departments work together effectively. There is a positive, pleasant and supportive atmosphere. This company feels like it's progressing forward rapidly and is thankfully open to change and not overly set in its ways so it can adapt and improve.

Cons

It can feel a bit hectic at times with the pace of change and progress. The fast growth of the company through acquisitions can make it difficult to get a full picture of the company.
