I’ve met some of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The management communicate feedback excellently and the overall office is a great place to work

Cons

I don’t think there’s anything they can do to improve upon. Just keep doing what you’re doing.

I’d struggle to give an honest negative about IRIS as an employer - assuming you haven’t won the lottery and do need to work it’s a brilliant place to do it.
