Pros
My work is clearly aligned with the company goals, and I feel like I am well-supported and have visibility into the business and job at hand. My teammates step up and chip in, and it genuinely feels like we are all working toward the same outcome and not confused or competing. Management recognizes my work and and cares enough to be engaged in multi levels on the team. The business is clearly healthy with strong growth every year, which gives me job security, but which also just builds morale around the whole place. It feels like we are making a difference. Most of all, I really feel like I work with people who care about the job I do and my own professional growth in the business. The team is awesome. Driven and smart, but also collaborative and kind. I think that mentality comes from the top down. Love the leadership in this business and the profile of senior women (both the C-level lead in my department and the CEO are both great women leaders)
Cons
There is definitely a lot of things to accomplish in a week, and the team remains really busy, but there is very clear direction and management of priorities, so nothing feels like wasted effort.
