The fact it is remote means there is less of an in-person social scene

If you're a hard worker and want to succeed IRIS will help you in every way they can with training, support etc. Great place to work for women. Great community of colleagues. Great training opportunities.

Cons

Remote working isn't for everyone, there are offices that you can work in but if you don't live close by you can lose out a bit on the networking side.
