We're committed to being a Great Place to Work and we emphasise the importance of great managers as a key part of this. We use a regular employee feedback tool so that employees can share feedback and suggestions with their manager, HR and our leadership teams. In some bonus plans, we expect managers to achieve a baseline employee engagement score in order to receive a payout so that poor management is not rewarded. The vast majority of managers score much higher than this threshold, and those not performing receive dedicated coaching, training and support to genuinely improve the engagement of their teams. When it's good is incredible when it's bad it's atrocious, some reviews on here are unfair some are very optimistic

Sales Incentives are World Class- I travelled all over the world as a result of top performance. Double comission months, sports events etc., you can earn really good money and do experiences of a lifetime if you are prepared to graft. Relatively easy sell compared to other sales jobs given brand and market dominance.

Cons

Culture- in order to progress/get promotions things were based entirely around who were 'sucking up' to the right people and presenting themselves in a certain light rather than overall performance. It is not the place you can just get your head down, perform and see a career path. You have to play politics to succeed. Processing of sales was a minefield, there are numerous CRM systems which are extremely complex and invaraibly led to endless customer service issues which were no fault of your own but you had to deal with which took away from selling time. The selling of the product is the easy bit, it's the processing that was the time consuming part.

Pros

The company looks after you as an employee. Everyone is super nice and super friendly no matter what department you work in. Benefits are good, holiday's are good. Flexibility is great. There's many great things about IRIS

Cons

I haven't go that many cons but sometimes the training is a little poor in my department as everyone is always super busy and sometimes it's hard to get hold of people for the help you need and end up making mistakes for trying to figure stuff out by yourself.
