Great benefits package available to all and compensation schemes across varying teams are generous. The people make this company what it is. Remote working possible. Regular events and competitions. Always well recognised for efforts when due.

Cons

Peaks and troughs in terms of busier and more intense periods throughout the month, but that's to be expected in the Payroll world.
