Iris is a brilliant place to work - I've learnt so much since being here. Lots of different projects to get involved with, extremely fast paced but everyone is here to support eachother. Good benefits and excellent attitude to flexible working - trusted to get the work done when it needs to be done.

Cons

Some red tape at times can slow things down but nothing too drastic

Cons

it's busy with a capital B! So dedicating personal development time outside of courses, workshops, webinars etc is tough to stick to on a regular basis
