Abundance of opportunities can be found within IRIS, there is always something new and exciting along with remote working and a great group of people where talent is recognised and promoted.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to say no and take the downtime that we all ultimately need and deserve.

A good place to work with good remuneration and recognition

Pros

My remuneration package is much better than I received in previous roles, with a good bonus scheme. I also recently received a Top Talent Award which felt great to be recognised by the business. I work with a fantastic team and I find that colleagues are generally supportive of each other.

Cons

I don't understand some of IRIS's acquisition strategy. The areas of the business seem quite disparate so it's often hard to feel the #1RIS vibe that IRIS is trying to put in place.

Amazing place to grow in whatever career you are interested

You could start your IRIS Career in a entry level Support role and end up in HR, Finance, Professional services etc, there are so many different careers to explore within IRIS and you are fully supported to explore these different career paths.

Cons

A lot of remote work since lockdown, but there are starting to be a lot more face to face meets.
