Pros

Always something new going on within a thriving business. Amazing Career prospects and training available. Great people, flexible with staff and for the most part allow Hybrid working.

Cons

Not a con for me but IRIS is really fast paced and sometimes priorities can change - if you do not thrive in this kind of environment then it is not the place for you - I love it!

The pace can put some people off, I personally love it! It is a corporate company with procedure and policies that some may find restrictive but they are there for good reason!

This company is the only company I have ever worked for where I have felt like I have been here for years rather than just a couple of months. The communication is outstanding and the teams are just there for one another and everyone helps each other out. I had an instance a couple of weeks back where a family member was ill and taken to hospital, I was supported in every way by the company to be able to fetch them from hospital with no detriment to my salary and was asked if I required any further assistance to just reach out to the company. I work from home and I was sent all the equipment that I needed to do my job efficiently and it arrived well before my start date. I would highly recommend Iris as the company to work for.

I have yet to find anything that I don't find nice about this company
