Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are surprised and disappointed by your comments. We’re very proud to have a robust and equitable annual salary review process, empowering departments to assign salary increases fairly and consistently. To do this, we constantly review the market, using benchmarking data, and establish standard rules, which include length of service, last increase date, performance, and supplementary income variables. This year, we were delighted to double the amount of money we were spending on our salary increases versus the previous year, with our budget exceeding £3 million after tax. To further reward our fantastic salespeople, we offer a comprehensive commission scheme that has been rolled out across the function to provide monthly commission payments, which are allocated based on input and promotes the chance to earn 200% of commission when the target is achieved. We are also pleased to run a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter, with our previous winners being gifted an electric scooter, designer sunglasses, and this time the chance to win a Mini! We’re also excited to announce that our Elite Club will be going on a trip to Kennedy Space Centre in 2023, following their luxury trip to Las Vegas earlier this year. We’re also very proud to support all our salespeople so that they can develop their skills, learn different products, and grow their careers. We run an extensive 4-week induction and training course for our newer sales executives which is delivered by a host of experts across Sales, Marketing and Product. This training covers the end-to-end sales process supported by individual training modules and a tailored product training programme. We also provide dedicated personal performance coaching for our salespeople and work shadowing opportunities, so that they can develop their skills and grow their careers. We also promote an environment to support our employees growth, we have detailed onboarding and coaching plans to support personal development and professional performance through a performance mindset coach. We’ve invested significantly in training and development for our leaders across the organisation to enable them to perform to their highest capabilities and inspire others to do the same. We encourage all managers to attend our Managing with IMPACT course, an in-depth manager training offering, which supports new managers to build their skills and cover the day-to-day practicalities of management – including emotional intelligence, enhancing performance and giving effective feedback. These sessions are focused on unlocking potential and enabling managers and leaders to deliver outstanding results. We are delighted to have included more than 100 managers and leaders in these sessions in the past 12 months alone. We’ve also created our Leading with IMPACT training course for senior leaders in IRIS. We’re proud to have launched this programme this year, with over 30 senior managers being invited. It is a highly experiential, interactive, and thought-provoking programme which consists of three classroom-based modules delivered across four days over 8 to 12 weeks. We’re also proud to promote Peakon, our employee engagement survey, which enables all staff to provide monthly feedback and interact anonymously with managers and senior leaders to make IRIS the best it can be. We are continuing to increase the engagement in our Sales team and are so pleased to have an engagement score of 8.3 for our Sales department, which is above our industry benchmark. We are also consistently scoring high in our drivers for ‘Management Support’ and ‘Organisational Fit’ from the survey results of our Sales team. We also encourage our employees reach out to our Employee Voice Ambassadors, who are given dedicated training on how to interpret and action Peakon feedback, facilitate meetings, and lead with empathy. We are proud to have 10 ambassadors in Sales & Marketing, who listen to the teams’ collective voices to be cascaded up to our senior leaders and executive team, thereby helping implement positive change and further improve engagement. We care deeply about our employee wellbeing and mental health and are extremely proud to have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2022. We signpost and provide a range of physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, such as our incredible Mental Health First Aiders, our Belonging Champions, daily wellbeing nudges, our weekly workplace support group, company-funded access to talking therapies, wellbeing apps, an Employee Assistance Program, and Mindfulness training. We also have a dedicated Wellbeing intranet page where employees can access all of these resources and find specific and tailored support. We’re sorry that this wasn’t your experience, and we encourage you to email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk with any further comments. Kind regards, the HR team

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re delighted that you recognise our brilliant colleagues, who each help to create a supportive and welcoming environment where everyone can flourish and bring their true selves to work. We are proud to be an ambitious company and are delighted to have celebrated 40 years of uninterrupted growth. Part of the secret to our success is our fantastic acquisitions, which bring more great people into the IRIS family and enables us to provide a larger range of products and services to our customer base. We are proud to only acquire successful businesses who operate within one of our 3 market sectors: Accountancy, Education, and HCM, to ensure a highly targeted approach and easy integration and transition. We’ve refined our acquisitions and integration processes through experience, with the support of our dedicated team within IRIS, who have welcomed over 500 acquired employees in the last 12 months. We also continue to grow organically and hire fantastic people to continue to provide outstanding service to our customers. We continuously work with our employees to build on our success and set clear priorities and objectives for the future to see what more we can achieve together. We empower our employees to shape the course of IRIS by sharing their great feedback with us through monthly engagement surveys, departmental Employee Voice Ambassadors, and our annual Great Place to Work survey. We always want to empower all our employees to find the work life balance that’s right for them. We do this through a range of flexible working options and patterns, 3 fully paid Giving Back Days for charitable and community causes, an employee assistance programme, mental health provisions and discounted gym memberships. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please reach out to the HR team or email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk. Kind regards, the HR team

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re very proud to have motivated and knowledgeable people across the IRIS family and are delighted to hire fantastic new talent every day. We were so pleased to hear that our employees strongly agreed that we make people feel welcome when they join and everyone cares deeply about each other in our recent Great Place To Work© survey. We are proud to be a market-leading company providing excellent products and services to our customers. IRIS is the official supporter of accountants, helping over 23,000 UK firms to run their business. At this year’s Accounting Excellence Awards, 86% of the winners were IRIS customers. We’re also delighted to have recently been recognised for our achievements. One of our wonderful acquisitions, Dataplan By IRIS has recently won the ‘Specialist Payroll and HR Provider’ category at this year’s Reward Strategy Awards for its Hospitality Service. Our Marketing team have also delivered a fantastic service, winning four more awards in addition to the Integrated Marketing Campaign of the Year, for our Time to Grow campaign. We were also named Tech Employer of the Year at the Thames Valley Tech Awards 2022. Focusing on delivery, we’re very proud to have successfully launched our multi-year investment Elements platform, a next generation, end-to-end, integrated, MTD-ready cloud software tool for our accountancy customers. We’ve worked with customers to design a new technology platform which helps them grow their business and improve their service to clients through an ecosystem of integrated apps and modules. Over 300 customers attended our launch event in 2019, and we have continued to develop new modules, including our IRIS Elements Financial Performance Review module which launched in July 2021. From these humble beginnings, we are now selling this product to numerous customers worldwide. In May 2022, we were delighted to have fully launched Elements with a full compliance suite, productivity toolkit and advisory area, all of which are unique in the market. We’re constantly investing in our leaders too. We’re proud to have partnered with Verosa to create our Leading with IMPACT training course for senior leaders in IRIS. We launched this programme in 2022, with over 30 senior managers being invited. It is a highly experiential, interactive, and thought-provoking programme which consists of three classroom-based modules delivered across four days over 8 to 12 weeks. We’re delighted that in Peakon, our employee engagement survey, we have achieved a score of 8.8 for Freedom of Opinion with managers, which is above our true benchmark, meaning our employees strongly feel that their manager listens to and considers their ideas, concerns, and opinion. We recognise that people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud that our 88% of employees surveyed believed they can get empathy and support from management in our latest Great Place to Work survey. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please reach out to the HR team or email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk.
