In the last 12 months, we are delighted to have trained over 100 manager and leaders through our Managing and Leading with IMPACT programmes, which builds their skills and covers the day-to-day practicalities of management through workshops on giving feedback, emotional intelligence, coaching, effective management, and goal setting. We strongly value employee feedback and are delighted to empower employees to share their feedback with us through our engagement survey tool, Peakon, which gives everyone the opportunity to send suggestions directly to managers to support planning and prioritising workloads effectively. However, we know there is always more we can do and are committed to encouraging continuous feedback and engaging with employee’s comments. Through Peakon, managers have made over 46,000 comment interactions with employees, which enables both bottom-up and top-down communication.
