Iris really look after their staff with both the compensation and benefits package. The company has an extremely positive culture which is further enhanced by the diversity of the employees. Work life balance is always respected and encouraged.

Cons

I haven't really come across anything that I haven't liked.

I have received opportunities to work on a variety of projects outside my general responsibilities as a recruiter which allows me to develop my existing skills. I joined the company on a Kick-Starter scheme set up by the government and I already have exposure throughout the business and am able to make a change in the company. They have great benefits and pensions schemes in order too.

Cons

Remote working can sometimes make it difficult to communicate and this has been a learning curve for me.
