Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted that you recognise our commitment to employee engagement and wellbeing, we are proud to have been recognised as a Great Place to Work™ for two years running, as well as being named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™, UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women and for Wellbeing, which is based on anonymous IRIS employee survey responses. We are delighted to welcome all our new employees to IRIS, with a live company induction each week, which covers our software systems and process and a range of resources and support. We also offer a dedicated onboarding portal and support our managers in welcoming their employees into the team. On our expense portal, where employees can book their travel and accommodation, our system provides the preferred locations for travel. We have passed your feedback onto our facilities team so that they can update this information on our office intranet pages. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. Kind regards, the HR team

Pros

The pay is somewhat decent but that’s about it

Cons

Marketing and sales team is ran by a condescending, sales driven, rude and other things il refrain with every year financial year they trim people count and then do it all over again in the new year! Madness! There are no processes, no people culture, pressure on everyone to deliver always, and even if you are really good they will want more blood and sweat. CMO is useless, just agrees to everything anyone tells him, has no back bone and no ability to stand up for his team, does not deserve to be CMO and just hides behind others who are doing things and he just agrees to his bosses

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are surprised and disappointed by your comments. We are very proud of our Marketing team and are delighted to have welcomed 14 new employees to our department of 53 in the last 6 months. We are also delighted that through our employee engagement tool, Peakon, the Marketing department has achieved an engagement score of 8.5, which is above our true benchmark. The highest scoring drivers for engagement in Marketing are ‘Flexibility’, ‘Autonomy’, ‘Management Support’, and ‘Goal Setting’, all scoring 9 and above. We will continue to encourage our employees to share their feedback with us through Peakon, or through other routes such as our Employee Voice Ambassadors, so that senior leaders and executive members can receive the collective thoughts and opinions of our teams. We are committed to creating a culture of #1RIS where everyone feels supported, can develop and grow, and #MakeItHappen. We support our employees through a range of policies, processes, and initiatives, such as our flexible working patterns, 3 charitable Giving Back Days, an extensive range of benefits and perks, dedicated wellbeing resources and diversity groups, as well as our world-class Quantum project which combines singular processes into a fully integrated set of systems. We are also proud to reward and recognise our fantastic employees for their work, through our weekly Thank You Thursdays, our CEO shout outs and #IRISHeros, our quarterly IMPACT Awards, and annual Top Talent Awards, we aim to show everyone how much they mean to us. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please reach out to the HR team or email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk. Pros

>Lots going on if you like social and get-involved things/charity days etc. >Range of training for CPD, with both group wide & team level options. >Very ambitious company, regarding growth & desired market position. >Flexible work patterns & hybrid-working options. >Competitive on pay (holidays could be better though). >Strong drive to encourage staff to be independent in their roles.

Cons

>It can sometimes feel like a pressure cooker when things get busy. >Lack of technical skills in management positions can sometimes lead to issues. >Could be more operationally proactive rather than reactive. >Slow to engage with data driven decision making. >Relies on external 3rd parties for many things, it has skilled staff - use them. >Worst department IMHO is HR, slow to do anything, lack of knowledge in everything, no drive (would probably prefer to go back to manual employee records in a cabinet), so many of them that do not a lot apart from say "will get back to you" (if they ever do).

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted that you recognise our range of opportunities to grow, have fun, and find the best ways of working for you. We are proud to host numerous fantastic social events throughout the year, our fun squad has recently organised a networking breakfast at our Heathrow Approach office, and we encourage you to come along! We are also delighted to offer all employees 26 days of holiday per year, with the chance to buy 4 additional days, as well as supporting people to take their 3 Giving Back Days to give back to their communities. We appreciate that IRIS is a fast-paced company with lots of exciting new opportunities and initiatives taking place across the family. We are proud to support all our employees during busy times through our range of policies, wellbeing tools, and training resources. For example, we offer a free Employee Assistance Programme through Aviva, provide flexible working options, and one of our training courses for this quarter’s curriculum is ‘’How to Deal with Pressure, Stress & Pressurised workloads’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Mental Wellbeing & Resilience’. Employee feedback is also very important to us, and we encourage our employees to share their thoughts and comments with us through Peakon, our monthly employee engagement platform. Here, staff can communicate anonymously with managers and senior leaders to provide their feedback and #MakeItHappen. We are delighted that since its launch, our managers have provided 41,000 replies, interactions, and comments. As a HR team, we are committed to making IRIS a great place to work and are delighted to have grown our team globally with 26 new members in the last 6 months. We really appreciate your feedback and encourage you to reach out to our Chief People Officer, Stephanie Kelly, in complete confidence so that we can understand your feedback in more detail. Kind regards, the HR team
