Pros

In my experience, employee wellbeing is at the very forefront of who they are. I went through some tough personal issues last year and they went above and beyond to support me. Can't fault them is this respect.

Cons

Client base is both UK and US based. Therefore, there is a requirement, in some roles, to work hours that match this. This is fully explained when joining the company. However, it did not work well for me and my family, but that's a personal choice of course.

We’re delighted to communicate our strategy for our products in quarterly and monthly company updates, where our senior leadership team present exciting new updates, customer feedback, and our roadmap for success. We’re passionate about paying our employees fairly and competitively to reward their dedication and hard work. We’re proud to run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which includes external benchmarking data, to make sure we’re paying the market rate. We also offer pay scales in select departments to enable employees to grow their salaries as they develop their skills. We’re also delighted to offer all permanent employees an annual bonus entitlement, which usually pays out in July. As we continue to grow as a global business, we need to ensure that we have engineering talent across a range of locations. We’re delighted that our people based in India, the Americas, and Romania are wholly part of the passionate team we have within IRIS.
