We encourage you to join our Belonging Group, which consists of employee representatives who meet regularly to discuss diversity initiatives and share experiences. Each sessions covers a different topic, previous topics include Black History Month, Windrush Day, National Inclusion Week and how IRIS can get involved, celebrations for Pride month, breastfeeding at work, and supporting neurodivergent employees. We are delighted to hold a regular global company update which communicates our company goals, signposts important upcoming events, celebrates recent achievements, and recognises the fantastic work all of our employees across the IRIS family accomplish to #MakeItHappen. As part of this virtual update, we welcome a panel of senior leaders and members of our executive team to present the information live and answer any questions raised during the Q&A session. We also have weekly emails from our CEO, Elona, quarterly All Hands presentations run by our Managing Directors, as well as our monthly newsletter ‘Your IRIS’ and daily social media posts. We're delighted that you recognise our fantastic training and development initiatives, as well as the range of career progression opportunities we offer. Our Learning and Development team have recently published our Spring/Summer curriculum, filled with free training courses covering topics such as Sales for Non-Salespeople, Fundamentals of Project Management, Excel training, and many more! We are also proud to currently have 52 apprenticed enrolled in a range of apprenticeships and have delivered 155 training sessions from 2021-2022. We are delighted to be continuing our annual High Potential Programme, which provides our employees with the opportunity to grow their careers with us, through extensive networking sessions, webinars, and other development activities.
