With respect to work during busy seasons, we do provide attractive productivity-linked monetary incentives for the extra hours worked by the employees. Our employees work for extra hours only to work on urgent deliverables, however with flexible timings. We are proud to champion diversity and inclusivity, and support people of all backgrounds and experiences. We encourage you to join our Belonging Group, which consists of employee representatives who meet regularly to discuss diversity initiatives and share experiences. Each sessions covers a different topic, previous topics include Black History Month, Windrush Day, National Inclusion Week and how IRIS can get involved, celebrations for Pride month, breastfeeding at work, and supporting neurodivergent employees. We are delighted to hold a regular global company update which communicates our company goals, signposts important upcoming events, celebrates recent achievements, and recognises the fantastic work all of our employees across the IRIS family accomplish to #MakeItHappen. As part of this virtual update, we welcome a panel of senior leaders and members of our executive team to present the information live and answer any questions raised during the Q&A session. We also have weekly emails from our CEO, Elona, quarterly All Hands presentations run by our Managing Directors, as well as our monthly newsletter ‘Your IRIS’ and daily social media posts. Pros

There is so much positive intent at IRIS, everyone wants to move the business forward, do whats right for customers and make a difference every day. The roadmap for the immediate term and the future has endless possibilities, opportunities to continue to grow and exciting times ahead. Visibility of the Leadership team is good, even while working remotely. Values are demonstrated right from Elona down.

Cons

None of the above comes without hard work and tenacity, you need to be prepared for this - while this is not a con for everyone, but you should be aware this is a fast paced business
