I have received opportunities to work on a variety of projects outside my general responsibilities as a recruiter which allows me to develop my existing skills. I joined the company on a Kick-Starter scheme set up by the government and I already have exposure throughout the business and am able to make a change in the company. They have great benefits and pensions schemes in order too.

Cons

Remote working can sometimes make it difficult to communicate and this has been a learning curve for me.

We are really happy that you appreciated our amazing offices, and the investment that we have put into them through a recent refurbishment of the Heathrow Approach and Manchester offices. We’ve recently updated our commission scheme to reward our fantastic salespeople for hitting their targets. This has included rolling out the same scheme across Sales, moving to monthly commission payments, simplifying tiers and types of order and the chance to earn 200% of commission once you hit your target. We’re also investing in training for our salespeople so that they can develop their skills, learn different products, and grow their careers.
