Pros

Good pay and excellent commission plan Team members are really hard working IRIS is trying to pull this beast in to a well oiled machine but progress is slow

Lack of process efficiency & effectiveness Multiple systems that require a lot of manual intervention by multiple depts Lack of robust central CRM solution which causes massive pain with customers/prospects and internal processes Marketing output is under par and reactive

My IRIS experience

Pros

I have received opportunities to work on a variety of projects outside my general responsibilities as a recruiter which allows me to develop my existing skills. I joined the company on a Kick-Starter scheme set up by the government and I already have exposure throughout the business and am able to make a change in the company. They have great benefits and pensions schemes in order too.

Cons

Remote working can sometimes make it difficult to communicate and this has been a learning curve for me.

We think our people are what make the business, and our IMPACT values are designed to celebrate the Innovation, Passion and Customer Focus our team bring to the company every day. We are really happy that you appreciated our amazing offices, and the investment that we have put into them through a recent refurbishment of the Heathrow Approach and Manchester offices. We’ve recently updated our commission scheme to reward our fantastic salespeople for hitting their targets. This has included rolling out the same scheme across Sales, moving to monthly commission payments, simplifying tiers and types of order and the chance to earn 200% of commission once you hit your target. We’re also investing in training for our salespeople so that they can develop their skills, learn different products, and grow their careers. We are also pleased to run a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter.
