      - Remote working - Standard corporate benefits - Work life balance okay in comparison to smaller companies

      Cons

      - Overworked and underpaid - Sales team dont understand the products and sell incorrectly. Forcing the delivery team into apologising from the start and fixing + doing free of charge work - Misaligned management - Very poor wage structure for a company this size and opportunities lacking - Software is outdated and lacking good product pipeline

      You will never not be busy.

      Cons

      If you're an employee of a business linked to an M&A with IRIS, get out. Senior management have no care for any workers "on the shop floor" - you're just a salary (something they don't want given recent redundancies). The benefits package is laughable and for some employees, recieving extra rewards is a negative on their take home wage. The whole culture is toxic - every man for himself with no joined up thinking between departments or senior leadership.

      Great perks and incentives and lots of great people at the organisation

      Cons

      Poor customer service and reputation with customers. Huge restructure lost lots of talent and knowledge and business was scrambling with no real plan.
