      Pros

      Excellent colleagues, friendly team. Good progression opportunities.

      Cons

      Very little product training. Senior management are very out of touch with what is happening in the company and implement changes that make working conditions close to impossible. One manager (telemarketing then AM) is well known for bullying staff and very little is done. Overall this was a job that severely impacted my mental health and placed me in near impossible positions from the start. I had no choice but to quit in order to curb the impact it was having on my mental health. The ridiculously high staff turnover also speaks for that.

      It seems to be an exciting time to join the company IRIS are intent on using the latest technologies available (where appropriate) There are freedoms to express inovitive ideas There seems to be a desire to upskill and promote from within

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change/restructure recently within the Engineering DevOps department Onboarding experience, in terms of communication prior to joining was somewhat poor Due to restructure, there has been a lack of direct management and a clear vision which guides the team as a whole IT Service Desk for internal support appear to have some big challenges
