This means we commit to paying a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. We run an annual salary review process, and offer pay scales in select departments to automatically reward employees when they hit career milestones. For example, we have a dedicated pay scale governing many of our payroll teams, to grow their salaries as they develop their skills and experience, and these are reviewed regularly to ensure they are competitive. We are proud to also operate a range of generous bonus and commission schemes to recognise and reward hard work.
