We’re disappointed to read your comments regarding manager experience – we work hard across IRIS to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams, and we created our dedicated Managing with IMPACT training programme to do just that, as well as providing managers with ongoing support, communication, emotional intelligence and practical training, HR coaching, wellbeing tools and regular check-ins with their managers to ensure they’re performing at their best. We’re also investing in Peakon, a regular feedback tool, that will provide our managers with real-time feedback on how their teams are feeling so they can support them accordingly.
