Never seen so many fake reviews

None that I can name that directly involve the business

It’s no coincidence that when you look at the time line of reviews they have recently gone up by quite some way. Definitely the victim of fake reviews one thinks. The new ceo must be on the war path to appear like a good place to work when in reality it’s really poor and they are losing staff left right and centre. They are currently going through a number of constructive dismissal cases and a new commission scheme punishes employees for a bad month. The products themselves are under developed and under supported. Customers are second to revenue and Targets are unachievable.

Pros

Huge steps forward have been taken in introducing site meetings, regular company communications, new HR processes and HR policies and training and development for all managers. Opinions and feedback is listened to and action taken where required to make improvements.

Cons

The office is a little tired but the company have recognised this and a revamp is on its way!
