Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, although we are surprised and disappointed by your comments. At IRIS, we understand that an employee’s experience at work is shaped significantly by their manager, which is why we invest heavily in manager capability and development initiatives. We have created dedicated leadership pathways to ensure our managers have the skills needed to motivate, develop and inspire their teams. Two of these pathways are accredited with the Chartered Management Institute. We’re pleased that the vast majority of our managers score above benchmark in our monthly Peakon employee survey, and those not performing receive coaching and support to improve the engagement of their teams. We also encourage all employees to leave honest and constructive feedback for their managers so they can understand how they’re doing and make positive changes. Additionally, we run focus groups for our Sales teams to ensure we listen to their feedback and make improvements. For example, based on feedback, we introduced greater flexibility around break times for the Sales teams in Manchester. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please reach out to the HR team or email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk. Kind regards, the HR team

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we’re delighted that you recognise the range of flexible working policies at IRIS, including remote and hybrid working opportunities and appreciate our annual bonus entitlement, which pays out in summer. We appreciate that IRIS is a fast-paced, successful and innovative company that always seeks to excel, and as part of this, people occasional work overtime. However, any overtime worked is handled via our UK Time In Lieu or Overtime Policies, to ensure employees find a good work-life balance. We’re extremely proud to pay our employees fairly and competitively for their hard work and so run an annual companywide salary review process, with external benchmarking data to ensure we are paying the market rate, and to provide employees with the opportunity to discuss any questions regarding their pay with their manager. We’ve also been a Real Living Wage Employer for the last 5 years, meaning we commit to pay a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK. We were delighted this year to announce our co-investment shares opportunity reopening, allowing employees to purchase a stake in IRIS. This investment opportunity was offered to all employees across the business and we anticipate to open this offer each year. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please reach out to the HR team or email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk. Kind regards, the HR team

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we’re delighted that you enjoy the flexibility in your role, recognise our competitive benefits package which we’re continuously expanding on, and appreciate our Affinity Groups who promote a culture of diversity and inclusion so that everyone’s voices are being heard. We recognise that IRIS is a fast-paced environment and we work very hard to promote a healthy work-life balance that genuinely encourages employees to take their annual holiday entitlement (26 days + up to 4 days carry/holiday buy for full-time UK employees). We’re also proud to be a UK’s Best Workplace™ for Wellbeing for the third year running and offer a range of health and wellbeing benefits to give our employees access to any support they may need. For example, we encourage our employees to get involved in our Giving Back Days, which are fully paid volunteering days that our employees can use to do good in their community, from litter picking and donating blood, to volunteering at a school or fundraising. Since May 2025, our staff have volunteered over 375 days. Employees are also entitled to have their birthday off if they complete 3 Giving Backs Days. We’re so pleased that our employees enjoy using these days to support their communities and charities, as well as reducing their stress and enjoying a great work-life balance. We’re delighted to operate a total reward package at IRIS, including extensive and tailorable benefits and fantastic opportunities for recognition, training, and career growth. As well as being a Real Living Wage Employer, meaning we commit to pay a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK, we’re pleased to run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which includes external benchmarking data to ensure we’re paying the market rate. We also offer a comprehensive commission scheme that supports employees through monthly payments, set monthly and quarterly quotas, and the chance to earn up to 200% of commission when they achieve their target. We further offer a range of other incentives throughout the year to reward consistent achievement, such as running a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter with fantastic prizes, as well as inviting our Elite Club on luxury trips. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. Kind regards, the HR team
