Competitors offers more salary than IRIS. Employees loyalty are not being valued. Especially the top management in India doesn’t care about employees

We’re passionate about paying our employees fairly and competitively and as part of this, we run a companywide annual salary review process which uses external benchmarking to ensure we’re paying at market rate. We care deeply about our employees’ wellbeing and mental health and are very proud to have been recognised as a Great Place to Work in India. To support this, we provide a wide range of wellbeing resources and benefits including trained mental health first aiders, mindfulness training and wellbeing apps. We also encourage our employees to utilise our monthly engagement survey Peakon to share their views so that we can act swiftly on feedback at a local level. We’re delighted to hear you recognise IRIS as a great place to start your career, develop your skills and connect with your colleagues through fantastic social events. We appreciate IRIS is a large, successful, and fast-growing company and we have put in place resources and tools to help our employees navigate our processes. We also highly value our employee’s feedback and believe it’s the key to making IRIS a Great Place To Work. We encourage all of our employees to share with us their feedback in our monthly engagement survey Peakon. We are continuing to increase the engagement in our Sales team and are so pleased that they have scored us 9.2 out of 10 on the ‘Autonomy’ driver. We also encourage our employees to reach out to our Employee Voice Ambassadors who listen to the teams’ collective voices to be cascaded up to our senior leaders and executive team, thereby helping implement positive change and further improve engagement. For our sales people, we also run focus groups in which they can share their thoughts and feedback for us to listen to and draw actions from it. For example, we’ve recently changed our policies on breaks for our Sales Team, giving them flexibility in choosing their break time.
