We’re proud to run a companywide annual salary review process which uses external benchmarking data to ensure consistency and fairness in assigning increases and that we’re paying the market rate. We work together with Heads of Function and Senior Management to assign consistent increases using best practises and standardised rules, and our managers receive extensive training on how salaries are decided. We also operate pay scales in select department, such as Professional Services, which enables our employees to grow their salaries as their skills develop, which are reviewed in line with the cost of living each year. We’re delighted that on Peakon the vast majority of our managers score above the benchmark on employee engagement, and those not performing receive dedicated coaching, training and support to genuinely improve the engagement of their teams.
