The people I work with are amazing. -great place to work if you are focused and want to earn extra cash.

Cons

Senior management is awful. All people here down the phone is "we need this much in this hour". Not professional at all! - IF you want career advancement IRIS is NOT the place for you! - Interviews to management positions and other positions are a sham. Only those who are favoured get the roles. - No loyalty from the company, and HR has no connection in what's really going on in the company. - Staff turnover is high, 50- 70 in 24 months. Zero stability whatsoever. -Ethically IRIS is not a great company to work for. Profit over people.

-the office is like a family unit - everyone has equal opportunity and their views are valued - really close knit teams which motivate each other to succeed - managers are really friendly and wouldn't ask you to do anything they couldn't do themselves - a lot of career progression - I have been promoted twice internally - great incentives - party bus/Barcelona weekend trip/ bowling/ raffles etc

Cons

I agree that the kitchen can be untidy at times. Some staff need to maintain cleanliness as its not always up to the cleaner!

Positive atmosphere, great approachable team (including the CEO), everyone is willing to help when asked. I've never had an issue I thought I couldn't ask for help on. Company benefits offer better than most employers, competitive salary too. You'll get out what you put in. Work hard, reap the benefits and you'll enjoy working here.

Cons

Sales incentives usually include booze, cake, an early finish, or all of the above (pretty sure they gave away a hot tub and a TV at one point) - So you'll need to join a gym.
