The team that I work with are very friendly and we get the work done exceptionally well

Cons

No praise for going above and beyond the job role. Senior managers don't have a clue what they're doing. The bonus structure is a joke. You woke your butt off for a £3k bonus which is submitted but they knock you down a level with no notice and the bonus is only £1k before tax. For all the extra effort working towards the higher one, what was the point as you're never getting what you've achieved. Pay rises are an absolute joke too. HR don't have a clue what they're doing either

Based on employee feedback, we have completely restructured the bonus plan for FY20 to give everyone greater control over earning their bonus (if applicable), through a mix of individual objectives and company performance. Good place to have on your CV. OK salaries, though increases are rare, unless you are with in with the 'old boys'

Cons

No real progression, no vision, traditional sales company, has a culture of doing bare mimimun. Visionaries need not apply. Company looking for a sale, so more and more benefits being taken away from employees. You are just another number.
