We appreciate IRIS is a large, successful, and fast-growing company and we have put in place resources and tools to help our employees navigate our processes. We also highly value our employee’s feedback and believe it’s the key to making IRIS a Great Place To Work. We encourage all of our employees to share with us their feedback in our monthly engagement survey Peakon. We are continuing to increase the engagement in our Sales team and are so pleased that they have scored us 9.2 out of 10 on the ‘Autonomy’ driver. We also encourage our employees to reach out to our Employee Voice Ambassadors who listen to the teams’ collective voices to be cascaded up to our senior leaders and executive team, thereby helping implement positive change and further improve engagement. For our sales people, we also run focus groups in which they can share their thoughts and feedback for us to listen to and draw actions from it. For example, we’ve recently changed our policies on breaks for our Sales Team, giving them flexibility in choosing their break time. We’re pleased to have a range of engineering teams across the IRIS family working on different products within our accountancy, educations, and HCM divisions, and as we continue to grow globally, have welcomed engineering talent across a range of locations in the Americas, India and Romania. We’re delighted to have welcomed over 130 IRISians to the engineering family in the last 12 months, joining our now 580 strong engineering function. We’re proud to have recently celebrated many long service awards in our engineering teams, with 60 engineers celebrating 15 to 38 years at IRIS, and champion internal mobility with 88 promotions and positive moves seen in the last 12 months for our engineering function. We’re also proud to say that for many years now IRIS has had a consistent and clear strategy that we frequently communicate about and share our plans for achieving success in our monthly Company Updates delivered by our Executive team and in weekly emails from our senior leadership team. We also ask all senior leaders to set departmental goals for each function and for managers to set individual or team quarterly objectives so that everyone has pre-agreed and measurable targets to work towards. As you mentioned, we’re committed to helping our employees find the right working pattern and location for them and are proud to offer a range of flexible working policies including remote and hybrid working opportunities.
