Equipment - you won't get a new laptop unless yours completely dies. Good luck developing on a 5 year old machine. (even older for some) Salary Everyone that i know left because of the salary lacking behind average market rate. You will start on a good wage, however this will easily fall behind market rate after years of getting under 2% pay rises.
