We’re really proud to be Great Place To Work-Certified across all our regions, including in India for the second year running, thanks to the fantastic feedback of our employees. We take this accolade seriously and are committed to ensuring that IRIS is a place where everyone can grow professionally, feel included and celebrated, and rewarded fairly. We’re delighted to run an annual companywide salary review process, with external benchmarking data to ensure we are paying the market rate, and to provide employees with the opportunity to discuss any questions regarding their pay with their manager. We also operate a fully fixed cost to company model in India which guarantees our employees their direct and indirect benefits and savings contributions. We were delighted in 2024 to announce our co-investment shares opportunity, allowing employees to purchase a stake in IRIS. This investment opportunity was offered to all employees across the business and we anticipate to open this offer each year.
We also run various social events for our India teams. For example, some of our India team members spent their weekend volunteering with Yein Udaan, a charity that supports the holistic development of underprivileged children, where they spent time painting a school.
