Pros

- Amazing opportunities for development (we might create them in our team, but the feedback speaks for itself!) - Very forward thinking in terms of remote working and flexibility with working hours - Highly supportive management - Teams that are open to be challenged and work well collaboratively - Great opportunities to receive feedback and grow your network across the business - So many options for career mobility - Everyone I've met across our global teams has been lovely - If you work hard, you are well recognised and rewarded - Nice modern offices, with opportunity to work in these - Opportunity to travel to our global teams depending on your role IRIS isn't for everyone. If you're looking for a job to stand still or not be challenged, take things slowly and stick where you feel comfortable this isn't the place for you. IRIS stretches and challenges, and suits people hungry to learn, work hard (and be recognised and rewarded for it) at a fast pace - I love this about IRIS!

Pros

- People truly care about what they do and want to achieve great things - Great work-life balance - Constant drive from HR to review how we look after, develop, support and reward our people - Boundless opportunity for personal and professional development - Supportive, fun and inclusive environment

Cons

- Not a con for me but the company sets high standards to support you to grow and perform at your best which can mean it feels busy and fast-paced and that’s not for everyone - The dynamic nature of the company means things change a lot which keeps things exciting but again isn’t for everyone

Pros

With it being a large company, plenty of opportunities to move around.

Cons

Customers come last. Making money for the business is the only thought in mind, if customers & staff are happy then the money will come. No clear on roadmap and how they are going to achieve it, more a case of this is what we want with no idea how to deliver it.
